During doctor visits she will ensure that the doctor hears all of your loved one's symptoms and she will write down the doctor's instructions, communicate them to you and the entire care team, and ensure that prescriptions are filled.

If your loved one needs a medical procedure done, she will check them in and out of the hospital and accompany them during the procedure.

If you are concerned that bills and paperwork are not being handled timely by your loved one, your Lifestyle Coordinator can help.

If your loved one has a medical emergency, your Lifestyle Coordinator will be able to interface with the medical team until you arrive, and she will have your loved ones medical history and medication lists.
