We charge $50 per hour for our care management and geriatric care management services and for any other services we provide through our own Lifestyle Coordinators.

We charge a one hour minimum for services that require us to leave our office (there is no minimum for work done by phone or computer from our offices.)  If we arrange for services through another service provider (a home health care agency, for example) those agencies will bill you directly at their own rates.

Our services are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid, though they are covered under some long term care insurance policies.  Most clients pay for our services on a private pay basis.

When considering the cost of our services, clients consider the cost of the alternative, which can sometimes mean a caregiver quitting their job, a loved one moving to an assisted living facility (which costs $3,000 - $6,000 per month and is not covered by Medicare or Medicaid), or care givers feeling needlessly anxious or guilty about the care of someone they love.
